Using the website

mhlsq.ro presents my work and ways to contact me. You may browse, link to and share any public page, as long as you do not misrepresent its content or try to compromise the site.
  • Do not collect data from the site for spam.
  • Do not attempt to inject code, overload the infrastructure or probe for vulnerabilities.
  • Do not republish texts, graphics or code without permission.

The AI assistant

The assistant answers from the information on this site, but it can make mistakes. Its replies are not an offer or a commitment; prices, timelines and scope are only binding once agreed in writing.

Project collaborations

Every project is agreed with you in writing before work starts, including:
  • deliverables, milestones and deadlines;
  • the price and the payment schedule;
  • the access, content or data you need to provide;
  • how and how often we review progress.

Intellectual property

Once paid in full, the work created specifically for you belongs to you. I keep the rights to my own libraries, templates and tools. I only publish a project in my portfolio with your agreement.

Liability

I try to keep the site accurate and online, but I cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Within the limits allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect damages resulting from using the site. For paid projects, liability is set in the written agreement.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably; otherwise it goes to the competent courts in Bucharest. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
