H-Graphs

H-Graphs moves a hospital's staff shift planning into an app. Staff are grouped by role (head nurses, nurses, registrars, orderlies, carers, porters), each person has their own skills, and seconded staff are handled separately from active staff.

A shift can be a 12 hour day or night shift, or a partial 8 or 4 hour one. Holidays, days off and secondments go into the schedule too. The app flags conflicts and broken rules and totals each person's regular, weekend and night hours on its own.

For reporting there is a dashboard, reports on how shifts are distributed, live schedule status and a log of every change. The Excel export uses fixed templates so the documents look the same every month.

The app is internal, account access only, and works on desktop, tablet and phone.
