MHL Trucks

A marketplace for used trucks, trailers and semi-trailers in Romanian and English, with full-text search, side-by-side comparison of up to 4 vehicles and a dealer dashboard.

MHL Trucks connects dealers of used commercial vehicles with buyers in Romania and across Europe. The inventory is trucks, trailers and semi-trailers, each with a long list of technical specs, and the site had to stay fast and easy to use in both Romanian and English.

Pages render on the server with Next.js 16 Server Components, and the data lives in Firestore. Full-text search uses BM25, filters narrow results by spec, and up to 4 vehicles can be compared side by side. Buyers contact the dealer directly, and dealers manage their listings from their own dashboard behind secure session-based auth. The interface follows WCAG accessibility guidelines.

Stack: Next.js 16, TypeScript and Firebase Firestore.
