Psychotherapy Platform

The platform behind an online psychotherapy practice: clients book and pay for sessions on the site, and the therapist keeps the calendar, case files and progress notes in one dashboard.

The website and booking platform for an online psychotherapy practice offering sessions for adults, couples and families. A client picks a free slot, pays through Stripe and gets the confirmation and a reminder by email. The session also lands in Google Calendar.

Clients can pay for a single session or buy a package in advance, and subscriptions and transaction history stay in their account.

The therapist's dashboard:

  • availability and consultation slots
  • clients, case files and per-client progress notes with session history
  • statistics with charts (Recharts)

Accounts run on Firebase Authentication with separate therapist and client roles, and protected routes are checked on the server with the Firebase Admin SDK. The platform installs as a PWA and has light and dark themes.

Stack: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4, shadcn/ui, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage), Stripe, Google Calendar API, Resend, TanStack Query, React Hook Form, Zod, Framer Motion, Vitest and Playwright.
